I have published one poetry book and numerous articles on literature, society and culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I hold a Ph.D. in cultural studies from Trent University and a MA of cultural studies from McMaster University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I have studied Islam as part of my undergraduate studies and have published research papers on Islam and its relations with the modern world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I was the publisher and the editor in chief of Atab, a weekly newspaper published during 2002-2003 in Kabul.
